A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF HANOVER, KANSAS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 1978 SUPP. 75-1122 SO AS TO EXEMPT SAID CITY FROM THE REQUIREMENT OF HAVING AN ANNUAL AUDIT.

Be It Ordained By The Governing Body Of The City Of Hanover, Kansas:

Section 1. That the City of Hanover, Kansas, a city of the third class, who and by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to exempt itself and does hereby exempt itself from the provisions of K.S.A. 1980 Supp. 75-1122 and make said statutes inapplicable to the City of Hanover, Kansas, thus exempting said city from the requirement of having an annual audit.

Section 2. That the City of Hanover elects to select the time and provisions for an audit.
