A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 1, OF THE CITY OF HANOVER, WASHINGTON COUNTY, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF HANOVER:

SECTION 1. The City of Hanover, Kansas, by the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby repeal Charter Ordinance No. 1, and the provisions contained therein, by this Charter Ordinance. Said Charter Ordinance No. 1 was enacted by the Governing Body of this City for the purpose of establishing certain tax levy provisions, specific general fund levy limits, and specific aggregate levy limits, provisions of which shall be and hereby are repealed.
