(a)   Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on school days, no motor vehicle shall be parked on the south side of north street from Church Street to Hanover Street for a period of more than twenty minutes.

(b)   Parking on the portion of the street set out in Section One hereof, shall be parallel to the curb and not otherwise.

(c)   Parking of all motor vehicles on the east side of Church Street from Washington Street to North Street is prohibited at all times.

(d)   Any violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

(a)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle, trailer, camper, trailer homes etc. on the curbs and sidewalks within the city limits of Hanover Kansas, except for loading and unloading merchandise.

(b)   This section may be waived for community promotion for a community wide celebration when such waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the city.

(c)   Any person violating this section and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $50.00 or no more than $150.00.

Traffic shall yield on North Bern Street at North Street, southbound, and Elm Street, northbound.

(a)   The following described street in the city of Hanover, Kansas, is hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated: Church Street for northbound traffic from North Street on the North and Washington Street on the South. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in a southerly direction on Church Street from North Street on the North and Washington Street on the South.

(b)   It shall be the duty of the City of Hanover employees to install signs indicating the proper directions at each intersection of the above-described one-way streets and establishing and installing signs indicating areas for legal parking.
